Disney World offers numerous accommodations for guests with disabilities.  The general services for guests with disabilities at resort hotels identifies accessible rooms, paths of travel, traveling with service animals and parking.  Disney identifies accessibility based on type of disability:

For guests with mobility disabilities, there are attractions that can be accessed while remaining in a wheelchair or using an electric conveyance vehicle. Guests can also transfer to a wheelchair at the attraction.

For guests with visual disabilities, there are audio description devices and Braille guidebooks available.  Here is a list of attractions with audio descriptions and entertainment with audio descriptions

For guests with hearing disabilities accommodations include assistive listening, handheld captioning, reflective captioning, video captioning and sign language interpretation .  

Wheelchair access for buses, watercraft, monorail and Magical express is identified.

Simple tips and strategies are offered for guests with cognitive disabilities. 

The Disability Access Service Card allows guest with disabilities and an allotted number of people to schedule a return time at an attraction that compares to the wait time when they first arrive.  This works great for those unable to tolerate long waits.
