National Center on Accessibility

The National Center on Accessibility (NCA) is committed to the full participation of people with disabilities in parks, recreation and tourism. NCA is a program of Indiana University's Department of Recreation and Park Administration, in cooperation with the United States National Park Service, Office on Accessibility. NCA provides information to consumers for accessing parks, trails, and beaches (often in the form of a fact sheet). NCA makes recommendations to organizations, such as the U.S. Access Board, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, municipal parks and recreation agencies.
